We employed Wes Cowart to eliminate flooding on our back porch; our lot is very flat. Wes was a pleasure to work with and found a solution that was simple, affordable, and has been completely effective this year. We were hesitant because another company said that re-grading the lot would not work. That company provided a bid involving underground piping, underground water storage, and a pump that would have been far more complex (failure prone and greater upkeep) and exceedingly expensive (5x’s more). Wes communicated his plan well, worked with us to fine-tune details, and saw that the work was well executed. We would definitely hire him again, but we don’t expect that will be necessary for this house. – Robert

Wes and his guys are solid professional experts at excavation and ground prep. They worked a 1 acre area of property that we just built a house on and the excavation work and landscape preparation was done quickly and perfectly. Wes and his crew did excellent work. They were timely and listened to my concerns. Drainage was a high priority in my project. By creating a berm and burying drainage pipe to redirect water flow, water will drain away from my front walkway and door. Wes suggested replacing old cross ties with a rock wall – wow, it looks so much better. His pricing is fair and I would hire him again for another job.
